HOLIDAY SEASON (DECEMBER)

Please note the following important information regarding orders during the holiday season:

  • Due to the increased demand, orders are currently taking between 5–15 business days for production and shipping.
  • Orders placed after December 5th are not guaranteed to arrive before Christmas.
  • For international orders, shipping and customs procedures typically take about 1 month. We are not responsible for delays if this timeframe was not factored into your planning for the holiday season.

BLACK FRIDAY 2024 SALE INFORMATION

- Please note that all items from our Black Friday sale are experiencing longer delivery times due to a high volume of orders. As a result, orders are scheduled to be shipped between mid and the end of December. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this busy period.

- All Black Friday sales are final. In the event that any product is found to have production defects, we will replace it.

- No edits/custom work will be provided with Black Friday discount.

- Standard Deck Boxes might take longer to ship due to stock and color availability.

STANDARD DECK BOX UPDATE

We want to inform our customers about the current status of our standard deck boxes:

  • Standard deck boxes are currently sold out, and the restock has been delayed. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
  • For all pending orders, we will provide updates via email as soon as we have new information.
  • If you are affected by this stock issue, we offer the option of a full refund upon request.
  • All standard deck box orders (pending and future) will be treated as pre-orders and will be prioritized for shipping as soon as the restock becomes available.

Playmats Additional Information

I’ve spilled Dr. Pepper on my mat—what now?

No worries! All our mats are machine washable. Use the delicate or hand wash cycle with a small amount of laundry detergent. Lay flat to dry.

My mat smells like rubber—what can I do?

Here are some tips to help reduce the smell:

  1. Give it time: The smell usually fades within a week or two.
  2. Let it breathe: Unroll your playmat on a flat surface for a few days.
  3. Air it out: Hang your playmat over a chair or clothesline for a day.
  4. Wash it: Our mats are machine washable. Use the delicate cycle with laundry detergent and lay flat to dry.

Do you offer free customizable options?

Yes! We offer the following free customizations:

  1. Mirror card zones for left-handed players.
  2. Change a colored playmat to black and white.
  3. Request one panel change on designs made with manga panels.

Shipping Information

What is the turnaround time for playmats and deck boxes?

US and Canada: We aim to manufacture and ship your items within 7 business days. Custom orders may take longer based on design and approval.

International: Shipping typically occurs within 7-9 business days.

How do I track my order?

You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships within the US or Canada. International orders also receive tracking, but updates may cease once the shipment leaves the United States. Shipping times can vary from 2 to 5 weeks.

Can I upgrade my shipping?

If you wish to upgrade your shipping, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at reillytcg@gmail.com. Include your order number and preferred shipping speed. We will provide the best cost options within 48 business hours.

Do you ship outside the US?

Yes! Please note that you are responsible for any fees, duties, or taxes imposed by your country’s customs department.

I haven't received my tracking code. Where can I find it? 

Your tracking code will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout. If the expected production time has passed and you haven't received an email, please reach out to us at reillytcg@gmail.com for assistance. Additionally, don’t forget to check your spam or junk folder, as sometimes our emails may end up there. Thank you!

Who Creates Your Artwork and How Is It Acquired?

We take great pride in supporting talented artists by commissioning their work and purchasing commercial licenses to feature their art in our products. Each artist is credited in the product description, ensuring their contributions are recognized.

In addition to commissioned pieces, we also incorporate original One Piece art, primarily utilizing official manga panels from the source material. Importantly, we do not support or use AI-generated art in our products, as we are dedicated to promoting authentic artistic expression. Thank you for supporting our commitment to original artistry!
